Finally garage floor will be painted a medium gray. Please note this town home has the master bedroom downstairs, 2 car garage, is an end unit, w/conservation land behind it. A short 100 yards to pool / clubhouse / mailbox makes the location very desirable. Last, the seller will pay the $5,000 HOA initiation fee for a closing by 2/27/23.
